SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping can take (5-10) business days after the processing time. Items are shipped out as soon as possible, but please keep in mind shipping days do not include the mandatory processing time (24-72). Once your processing time is cleared with our team you will imediately receive a tracking number the email you provided.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please be advised that delays can happen which is beyond our control. Under certain circumstances shipping can take longer. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All WIGS and LIPGLOSSES are FINAL SALE. Our customers have 3-5 days to return products for return for exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Also in the original packaging.
